Firstly we arrived to be advised that we had not made a reservation! Then we were hurried to a table and before even sitting down we were asked to order drinks and and sough balls! I had to ask them to give us a minute. Eventually we were approached again by a bumbling waiter who admittedly was training but who for the life of me was supposedly training him I am unable to tell you. We ordered drinks! Bottled lager... Warm and not pored into your glass. Starters of Chicken strips, well they were not strips at all, and chicken ceaser salad tasteless. Mains we opted for burgers thinking we were playing safe. My friend ordered the Bacon Cheese and myself the Black and Blue. Came with a pathetic amount of slaw, and French fries that had seen better days.. Both meals were cold and sadly we had to complain. They were replaced but there was no taste or flavour in the burger, where the blue cheese was I am not able to say. All in all a very disappointing experience, one that I will not be repeating.

The staff were very friendly unfortunately the food didn't live up to expectations. We dined early as we were going on to the cinema afterwards so the restaurant wasn't very busy. My partner had to send his ribs back as both the ribs and the chips were stone cold. The other two meals weren't particularly warm either. The waiting staff did apologize and said they would get a fresh rack of ribs, but all that happened was the chef microwaved the meal. There is no excuse for cold chips as there is a high turnaround for this menu item and at the prices Frankie and Benny's charge it just wasn't good enough. We're not in the habit of complaining but on this occasion we thought it warranted it. Credit where it's due though the waiting staff were apologetic and did discount the final bill.
