not too good. service slow and staff did not know how to converse with customers. My pizza was okay, but my husband had the spicy sausage one and it looked undercooked and awful, not worth the money. My pudding was off the menu as well. Would not rush back.

Food was only average We ordered a sharing platter as starter which arrived after our mains we ended up taking starter home with us but eventually it ended up in my dustbin so about £12 wasted

Told waitress that I'm allergic to tomatoes when burger arrived it had tomato in it I sent it back and I watched them take the tomatoes out and send the same burger back which is clearly not allergy safe, I told the waitress and she made them remake the burger from scratch by now the rest of my party had almost finished eating, the waitress did apologise, when we were leaving the restaurant and after my wife had pointed out to him how sick it could have made me the manager also apologised, however you do need to get on top of your food safety /allergy training before something serious happens, LesEmmett

A little noisy but expected with lots kids there. Pizza delicious. Meatballs a bit bland. We had family deal, far too much food but had 3 little ones so more suited to family with older children.

I felt uncomfortable when the waitress who seated us had to explain to another member of staff that we had booked which is why she seated us straight away, we hadn't even sat down when we were asked if we wanted double dip dough balls & a drink, food came before our drinks, waiter was very sullen.

We both really enjoyed the food. The service was a little slow but we enjoyed that because it gave us both a good chance to look at the menu and decide on our starter and mains. This was our first time going to a frankie and bennies and we will certainly be visiting again. The best way I can describe the food is a bit pricey but very good quality. I had the mixed grill which was about £20 but the size of the meat and the quality of the cut was amazing. The plate was over flowing with chips and meat it was the best mixed grill I've ever eaten.
