Housed in a 150-year-old converted mill, Frankie & Benny's Kidderminster serves contemporary American and Italian delicacies. The dining area is spread over 2 levels and the restaurant’s location right next to the canal makes it a perfect spot for al fresco dining during summer.
The Frankie & Benny’s menu offers a tasty range of New York Italian classics. Legendary burgers include the juicy Brooklyn beef burger, loaded high with smoky barbecue pulled beef, and the Manhattan waffle burger topped with a sweet American waffle and drizzled with smoky barbecue sauce. There’s also a wide range of pizzas and pastas, including the fully loaded mac ‘n’ cheese calzone, delicious Roman smoky pizza and signature F&B meatballs.
Enjoy a stateside-style breakfast, with all-American pancakes topped with bacon and syrup served with freshly ground coffee. A host of drinks are mixed at the bottle-lined bar, offering classic cocktails, world wines, and fresh milkshakes churned with your favourite ice cream flavour.
Frankie & Benny's in Kidderminster is a family-friendly restaurant offering affordable cuisine. Wyre Forest Glades Leisure Centre & Arena is a 10-minute walk away.

When we arrived, we were told steaks and burgers weren't available, which is not acceptable as this is a lot of the menu.
We ordered two of the platters for starter, and they were both really burnt, and tasted disgusting.
The service was utterly shocking, this seriously needs to be reviewed.

Usually a good night but Thursday 17th was not . It was our wedding anniversary and we took five of our family for a get together . Drinks took a while to come and then the food came out . Out of seven meals three were cold with a veggie pizza looking like they had put the veg on top but forgot to cook it as the veg on top was ice cold. Although the staff were apologetic and sorted the food out it had put a bit of a dampener on the night as four had almost eaten by the time the three cane back out. We were told that a discount would be considered at the time of the bill but once we showed a 33% discount code nothing was offered. For a bill nearly £90 I would have thought it was still possible.
There is alot of competition in kidderminster now and I was disappointed on Thursday .

Very poor, the staff seemed really demoralised and not very friendly apart from one girl with long brown hair and glasses she was nice and pleasant. The meal was for my sons 16th birthday - three of us had steak and for £16.95 it was very bland looking on the plate, the mushrooms and onion rings weren't very nice. The steak was tough and only really worth about £6.95 in my opinion. The meatball spaghetti was nice so they told me but the dishes were stone cold making the meal go cold too quick and the drinks were really overpriced. Overall for a £100.25 bill only two of our diners were really happy. I didn't complain at the time because I didn't want to make a fuss as it was a birthday treat. I won't be visiting any Frankie & Benny's for a long time. I wouldn't recommend going here to my family and friends, I was really disappointed.

Bit disappointed. Used F&B's Kiddy a few years ago but it has really gone downhill. Not the cleanest establishment anymore and they've added tables to get more in, which meant we were pretty cramped and people pushing by all the time. There were 3 of us so they sat us at 2 small tables pushed together, not a problem excepy the one table was an inch higher than the other making it difficult to have a 'sharing combo because we couldn't put ghe dish in the centre of the table. The menu was ok but the choice of drinks was awful. I only drink ales and my wife 'carling', they only had mediocre lager for my wife and tiny bottles of sub standard american pale ale at hiked up prices, £5 for 330ml of nasty beer. We felt rushed as my daughter asked for 10 minutes after the starter & main meal before choosing a dessert but after 5 minutes the waitress said "are you ordering a dessert or what ?", we did but wasn't the most friendly place.
