    Booked for 10 people. Ordered pineapple juice and you didn't have any. Ordered frozen cocktails and after everyone else got their drinks we were told you hadn't got them. Tried to order wraps and told you hadn't got any. Also told you hadn't any fruit juices. Didn't ordered any starters and the meals took over an hour to reach our table. One of the reasons we booked at f&b was to give the birthday boy his favourite cocktail. Lasagne was cold in the middle. All other food lovely.

    I have been to this restaurant on 4 occasions and the first 3 visits were good experiences and I have recommended it to any friends. On this occasion last night, this was not the case and the meal and the experience was specially disappointing as I had friends visiting just for the evening from South Gloucestershire. My concerns are as follows;
    1. Despite low numbers in restaurant the waiting time for starter and main meal was longer than usual and didn't flow.
    2. The communication between the waitress who took our order for each course and the waiter who served it was poor so we didn't get what we ordered
    3. The wi fi wouldn't work so the voucher I tried to download wouldn't work which was embarrassing to my friends
    4. My 2 friends had a starter (I didn't) and there was a long gap before we received our main meal so I was really hungry
    5. When my main gluten free meal of BBQ ribs up in black treacle arrived it looked very bare and empty compared to previous meals ( I have the same meal every time even though it is £16.99 and one of the more expensive meals on the menu as it is usually so enjoyable). I had been served with a baked potato instead of mash as ordered and it took another 8-10 minutes before it was brought back, at which point I realised there was no corn on the cob so it had to be taken back yet again. By the time it eventually came back complete my friends had nearly finished their meal and my ribs were black in the top and instead of the lovely succulent meat which came off the bone without any effort as on previous occasions, the meat was overlooked as it must have been sitting under a grill whilst the mash was being cooked and then the sweet corn. I didn't tell the waiter as I just was tired of asking for the meal to be taken back.
    6. When my friends ordered their dessert, my friend was given the wrong dessert and it had to be replaced with the one he originally ordered.

    The outcome was that we had a poor meal & disappointing experience

    When we arrived they were unaware the offer came with a free drink so that was a little awkward but they gladly gave us one after showing the email. Food was ok- my potato skins starter was just warm, really enjoyed the calzone (chips were warm and dry so didn't like these) and pudding was lovely! Be warned the chips are an additional cost! When I ordered I asked if it came with chips and the waiter said no but would you like some so I said yes please only realising when the bill came it was an extra £3.45. I was annoyed as he didn't say this when they were offered, luckily they took it off the bill as they weren't the best chips either!

    Overpriced for mediocre food. Two of the dishes ordered were not complete in that they'd run out of corn on the cob and bananas. Onion rings were offered as a replacement and these were a major disappointment as they were soggy and full of fat. No wonder the place was half empty. Won't be going again. That being said the staff were very polite
