The Frankie & Benny’s menu offers a tasty range of New York Italian classics. Legendary burgers include the juicy Brooklyn beef burger, loaded high with smoky barbecue pulled beef, and the Manhattan waffle burger topped with a sweet American waffle and drizzled with smoky barbecue sauce. There’s also a wide range of pizzas and pastas, including the fully loaded mac ‘n’ cheese calzone, delicious Roman smoky pizza and signature F&B meatballs.
Enjoy a stateside-style breakfast, with all-American pancakes topped with bacon and syrup served with freshly ground coffee. A host of drinks are mixed at the bottle-lined bar, offering classic cocktails, world wines, and fresh milkshakes churned with your favourite ice cream flavour.

Unfortunately I was disappointed! Everything was going well, the man at the desk found our booking, we got seated at our table and then our waiter said ‘have you been explained as to what we don’t have available this evening’ to this we said ‘no’ he then explained you had no steak you have no breaded chicken and that you have no cheddar cheese. We had booked 3 days in advanced for a birthday meal and we were looking forward to the steak and chips. The manager came over to speak to us and said he has a limit on how much stock he can order. This same thing happened the week before when my daughter was there on Saturday 30th September they had no steak left then either. When the starters came they were smaller portions than we’ve had on previous visits which made us think they were short on stock of that too. There were also plates left by the counter that needed clearing up. It made us doubt why we went there for a meal, the whole experience was very flat when we should have been celebrating my daughter’s birthday.

We've eaten many times at Frankie & Benny's and usually enjoy the food and ambience. But the last few times have have been a bit of a let down. On this occasion there were only 2 waiting staff on shift, covering between them table waiting, bar and telephone! The staff were doing their best but with quite a few people in at that time they struggled to meet expectations! Needless to say it took approximately 1 hour and 10 mins from seating to food delivery. Frankie & Benny's seem to think that cutting costs at the expense of staff is a good idea! In actual fact this causes a negative impact on the customer experience and numbers begin to drop. The usual reaction to this is to reduce staff further. A vicious circle that can only end one-way unless they get their heads together and review their mission statement.

We went for a late 18th birthday meal for my daughter. It was very nice. The music was a bit loud so hard to talk at times. The food and drinks were very good and the staff were very pleasant to.

Not enough staff on duty this evening. Waited ages and had to pester to even get a drinks order taken, the orders were all then taken and a couple of times they came back saying certain items were not possible to make. We then waited ages to try and get our bill which had mistakes on. Also think 30mins to wait to pay the bill is ridiculous so we all got up from our table and marched over to the bar to pay in the end. Also our table was put down as having 10 people so they could automatically put a service charge on! We felt we recieved next to no service so did not pay this. None of our party will be returning any time soon.

Awful service, the staff were rude and so slow (the resturant wasn't even busy). I'd never go back there again.
