Our food was luke warm, obviously left out and not brought promptly to our table, therefore is was not very nice to eat. Food is only average at frankie and bennys in bury st edmunds.

The service was very good ,the food was hot and plenty,although the salad was quite old and lacking freshness,the chips nice and fresh and crispy,the waiter was very charming and attentive.x

Very good service had to wait a bit before someone came to take our drinks order but food was good did not think my husbands was worth the money he had burger topped with Mac cheese no bun as he did not want one a few chips and onion rings just 1burger that was £16 not so good value we go every week I think that was the poorest we have had ordered 2premier gins with strawberry’s and raspberries. Can with out any no one said why when we asked said they had run out

Very nice food and good value for money but very poor service. The male waiters are overall lovely but the female waiters are quite snotty and rude!
