IT took ages to be seated, it took 20 minutes to have our orders taken, another 20 minutes for our meals to come out and they all went to the wrong people. Both cocktails needed to be made again, the wrong ingredients were put in. They were missing a lot of ingredients for the desserts so we couldn't order them. And during booking online I asked for a simple birthday request it was completely ignored.

It was okay, the food was good but i wasn't please with how long we had to wait until we were served. After 35 mins we were asked if we wanted to order any drinks. My friend and I tried to get the attention of the staff and they wouldn't even notice or bother. For booking a table at 1.30 you'd expect at least by 2.15 to have your foods our food didn't arrive until 2.45 and me and my friends were starving.

My family and I had a great time. Excellent service, food arrived quickly and tasted lovely. Our server Grace and Elise couldn't have been any nicer :) We were a large party of 11, most of whom had never been to Frankie and Benny's before. They asked me how did I know about this place, I told them I'd been a couple of times in the past and had a awesome time both times. I asked them if they had enjoyed themselves, they all said yes. The reason we were out for dinner was a bittersweet remember my mother (daughter/sister and a nana) on the 10th anniversary of her passing away. So thank you to everyone who made the experience a pleasant one.

We waited over 45 minutes for our meals! When they did eventually arrive they didn't all come out together. Some of our party had nearly finished whilst other hadn't even got their meal. I especially asked for the kids meals to be brought out asap as they were crying as they had to wait so long. Despite my request they were brought out last! We had to repeatedly ask for our drinks order as it took over 20 minutes to be brought to the table. Overall not impressed at all!

Shocking , we waited 30 mins for a table, even though we had one booked, in that tine there were in excess of 10 tables which had used plates etc on them , and this was still the same after 45 mins in the restaurant , to which it took us 45 mins to order a drink, as there was no one behind the bar, 3 staff running round like headless chickens in which another then had to go to selly oak to get stock has they had insufficient qty's, don't get it to be honest as Saturday must be the busiest day for business, you must be losing more than your making given the poor level of service this branch had to offer, not a good visit !!!

Enjoyed a great evening here with an excellent deal at 3 course plus drink for £15pp. Food was lovely, as where the cocktails. The waitress was kind and friendly and didn't push us for time - which made it a more enjoyable experience.
