Chic, distressed industrial interior style, creative cocktails and a menu of gourmet international flavours all make Foundry 39 one of Edinburgh's trendiest venues. There's plenty of space for groups, and a funky line-up of live music events on Fridays.

All kinds of mouthwatering international flavours are crammed into the Foundry 39 menu. The burger selection piles on toppings like maple-glazed bacon, buttermilk fried chicken and Tabasco mayonnaise, while sourdough pizzas are made fresh to order, and can be paired with salads topped with truffle and honey dressing. For groups, there are sharers like caramel and chilli chicken wings, or nachos heaped with spicy salsa, Monterey Jack cheese and sour cream.

The cocktails at Foundry 39 in Edinburgh are mixed up with style, and boast creative additions like chilli, chocolate bitters, and homemade chai syrup. There is a great selection of international craft beers too, and for dessert diners can sample treats like salted ricotta and Nutella pizza bites.

Yummy food and great service! Came here for dinner, since it has some great vegan options- I had the pizza which was delicious. Friendly staff and fast service too. The cocktails were a little too sweet for my liking however.

Great experience at Foundry39. Very clean, all staff wearing masks and all very helpful. We ordered online using the QR codes on the table and the process was very seamless. We had pizzas and burgers and both were delicious.

The pub was very clean, all adequate measures were taken by staff to ensure that social distancing was in place. Food was delicious and portions were of good size, my partner and I had vegetarian pizzas, chips and beers at lunch. Cost is reasonable considering the location. Happy to return again soon.

Lovely restaurant- casual vibe but attentive service. Possibly the best pizza I’ve ever had!

Restaurant setting was really nice with the lighting, furniture and space - not too cramped - which set the night off great. Service was really good and the food was just as nice! Drinks prices were a little steep which was the only negative I have. Would recommend!
