Fishworks was lovely . We had a nice table at the back of the restaurant by the window . The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful and the food was very tasty . Very good value with the eat out to help out deal and £10 off a bottle of wine too. Seafood platter and surf and turf both lovely , prawn starter and Brixham fish soup ditto . Lovely desserts of creme brûlée and raspberry and apple crumble . Would return and recommend .

Particularly liked the fish soup and mackerel dishes. Apple and raspberry crumble could have done with a bit more apple.

We love Fishworks and meet up there pre Xmas every year. The fish is fresh and well cooked. We also love going there for the location on Marylebone high st.

The restaurant is very nice and in a lovely location. The food was very good, in particular the mussels, the taramasalata starters (this latter was on the a la carte menu) and the fish and chips. Spinach and dessert were fine. Our waiter, David, was outstanding in service, kindness and knowledge (he suggested us a delicious white wine) and we'll surely go back. Good value for money.

The food was in general excellent. The Brixton fish soup (a close relative of French fish soup) was very good and served wtith lashings of aoli. The mussels were were also first rate and well presented, whilst the battered cod demonstrated how that often abused food should be cooked. The main course fish soup was a little overwhelming and would have made a good meal for two people. The staff were very helpful and when a new waitress was in doubt, she was immediately helped by another staff member.

Comfortable surroundings, good quality food well presented, considerate service by staff who actually listen. Wine is not brilliant and ‘white wine of the day’ was served warm
