This was a meal out for six of us for our son’s 13th birthday party. We received a good welcome and good service throughout. Apart from a shared starter , the food was dreadful, roast chicken shrivelled, burgers too dry , pizza over cooked. Very poor which was a shame considering the venue was really nice and staff pleasant. I would have complained but didn’t want to take the shine of our son’s birthday by doing so.

Hi. Unfortunately we didn't have a great experience. Lost our order, took ages to arrive, 3 out of 4 mains courses arrived, 10 mins before the 4th arrived. No cutlery to eat said main courses. Very apologetic and money off voucher but really disappointed.

I have nothing but praise for the staff. I booked as it was my friends birthday. The staff put the birthday cake out of sight for me until we had had our main course. When they brought it out for me two of the staff even lit the candles and sang happy birthday with me. The food was delicious and very fresh. Place very clean and tidy, thanks to all the staff for helping me to make m friends birthday special. Would absolutely recommend the filling station to friends and family. Thanks again.

first time we have eaten here and to our dissappointment, my husband found a long black hair on his plate while sharing the starter platter, we brought this to the attention of our waitress who was reasonably apologetic, as a result of this my husband could not eat anything else from the platter. the manager did come over to find out what had happened and my husband did not wish to make a big fuss, but when i got the bill i asked the waitress if anything had been taken off the bill re the hair and the waitress replied 'the manager said your husband said it was ok when he spoke with your husband' i told the waitress i was not happy with this and that i wanted somthing taken off the bill as it had put my husband off eating anything further from the platter and i requested to speak with the manager, who then agreed to take somthing off the bill, a whole £7.53 to be exact and the bill still came to £[$]. i think the way this was dealt with by the manager was not acceptable and i should not have had to ask for somthing to be deducted from the total bill, as this should have been dealt with more professionally and as a result of this, i would never again eat from this establishment, although the food was lovely at the end of the day it was the principle of the whole experience.
