Excellent welcome, explanation of the menu and service. The food was excellent; some of the best I have had in a very long time.

Unfortunately, there is always some kind of problem with the service, not usually relating to the food. This time was no exception. As requested on the receipt, I made my feelings known to the head office, however, their response was not at all sympathetic. Instead of receiving an apology for the fact that the staff were not familiar with the terms of the El Barrio card, I was given a link to look at the terms myself. It was their member of staff that wrongly advised us, the terms had changed back to the cocktails being off only if they are the same as opposed to paying for the dearest. In addition, she give us the bill without taking the 10% discount off. I have responded to their e-mail and asked if they didn't have anything else to say on the matter, especially considering that I mentioned they hadn't addressed my original e-mail in it's entirety. So far I have not had any further comments, even though their original response (which I felt was just to fob me off), was sent just 19 minutes after I sent mine.

First visit. You made our daughter feel very special on her 21st Birthday. Friendly service and felt Covid safe. Will return.

Went for my sons birthday as he loves steak, we were not disappointed. A few starters to begin with followed by the most amazing steak it was like slicing into butter - compliments to the chef.

Restaurant staff were really friendly on arrival, explained the new covid rules for the Restaurant to us. They was really helpful. Food was amazing! Absolutely loved everything food was cooked to perfection.
