One of only a handful of restaurants in London serving the sought-after red king crab, Fancy Crab in Marylebone offers an innovative and exciting menu which highlights the versatility of their namesake meat. Along with the luxurious crab, the menu also includes a variety of fresh seafood, from oysters to octopus, fish and shellfish, making it a haven for seafood connoisseurs.
Taking pride of place at the back of the restaurant, signature red king crab leads the Fancy Crab menu. Expertly prepared, this luxurious dish can be served simply on ice or baked with butter and thyme. Elsewhere on the menu, find the likes of Singapore chilli crab, king crab burgers with fries and coleslaw, and king crab fettucine, while also offering salads, burgers, seafood and sides to match each main.
Downstairs at Fancy Crab restaurant, the bar offers a cosy retreat with booth seating. An array of wines and cocktails are on hand to complement the menu.
A unique restaurant, find Fancy Crab London on Wigmore Street, a short walk from Bond Street Tube Station.

Spectacular food quality and choices. Let down by no prosecco nor cava.it was 7pm on a Friday so not really after a busy period but felt thats a staple that shouldnt go missing. Our waiter was very caring and attentive and offered amazing service but felt could have better knowledge of the dishes. Not a deal breaker though just feedback :) loved it and want to try their brunch. Thanks fancy crab

Spot on service, food better than expected

The main ground floor restaurant is a nice buzzy place to be but the basement dining area which you have to pass through to get to the toilets is a very odd set up and I felt sorry for the people who were eating there as it felt like they were shoved out of the way in an entirely different atmosphere. One group had no lighting at all. The food was very average and overpriced and soggy chips served in a paper cup.

I went for the special lunch menu which was disappointing, with small portions of seafood padded with chips and bread. Not like the adverts! The sharing seafood platters looked amazing but you need to be willing to spend a lot more to enjoy those. The food was all tasty. The guacamole mashed at my tableside added unnecessary foodie drama.
2-course lunch £16 and 3-course lunch £19 per person (special menu, inc. drink)
Only until the end of February when ordering a whole Red King Crab one kilo is for £69 instead of £99
