Favourites on the Falmouth Bay menu include Cornish crab in a velvety sauce, finished with herb crumbs & parmesan, classic bouillabaisse with shellfish & local white fish, served with parmesan cheese, rouille & croutons, and surf & turf consisting of a prime cut medallion of Cornish fillet steak, king prawn & lobster tail, dripping in a garlic butter sauce, served with salad & chips.
To finish, indulge in a decadent dessert, like slow-roasted figs in honey, topped with Greek yoghurt & pistachios. With white-washed walls, clean, minimalist design & large windows letting the sun stream in, Falmouth Bay restaurant is a sophisticated, nautical-themed space.

Awesome selection of seafood. We shared the crispy oysters and garlic prawns to start - the prawns in particular were delicious! I had a massive plate of the lobster and crab tagliatelle, which was lovely, though a bit heavy - don't plan to operate heavy machinery afterwards. He had the Seabass - all three generous fillets of it! We had no room for dessert, but did polish off a couple of cocktails that, again, were a decent size! The only negative was that the restaurant was rather quiet, so lacked ambience, but that is easily sorted by folk reading this review and getting themselves to the Falmouth Bay Seafood Cafe!
