Superbe repas gastro Une expérience magnifique

We had gone to this restaurant before when it was still « la maison du sake », so the menu has changed. We decided on the six-course fixed menu. Everything was delicious and creatively done (the only dish I did not like was the veal). I do wish they would bring back the miso marinated foie gras in the crepe dentelle though :) Thankfully, the seared foie gras with mango was still excellent! My only complaint of the whole evening was the level of service. For a restaurant of this quality...food, ambiance, price...I would expect a much more mature and experienced staff. One of our servers seemed like it was his first time working in a restaurant like this and was very awkward. Also, our water was served luke warm. Again, the food made up for it at least :) And we loved the detail of the welcome sign at our table.
