Epicure, in Madrid‘s exclusive Salamanca district, aims to stimulate all the senses through food. The restaurant is decorated in elegant and warm tones and there are several private rooms, one of them in the wine cellar that holds more than 200 different wines. The food is seasonal Mediterranean in style and uses first class ingredients. All of the dishes can be made to take away and its specialities include cod fillet on a bed of cabbage and potato purée, a cube of pan-fried foie gras with quince cheese, or honeyed rice with jumbo scarlet prawns.
