Birthday dinner for 6 was excellent. The food was varied and beautifully cooked and presented I especially liked the Hake Tempura; the service was friendly and attentive.
It is certainlya restaurant that I will be visiting again.

we had the set menu with an additional dish of Octopus. The food and service were absolutely wonderful. Our waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu and the area where the dishes orginate.

Overall, while the Bookatable deal was attractive, I found the actual meal to be a case of style over substance. The first course of clam & rice was a bit undercooked, and the pork cheek was disappointing, relying more of the pizazz provided by the wooden pig-shaped box (which then took up valuable space on the table) than the meat itself. The accompanying mash had been blended, meaning it lost all texture altogether. Dessert was a 'savoury' cheesecake, which was fine albeit tiny. There was a snafu when the waiter launched a glass of red wine all over the woman sitting next to me. I got some splashes. The bill was adjusted to reflect this, which was appreciated. There was a queue to get into the bar area and we were asked to wait for our table, even though we had booked.

We recently enjoyed a great family lunch at Eneko. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming to all of us. Our ten year old chose from the children's menu, enjoying ham and cheese croquettes followed by hake in tempura with delicious mash potato and broccoli . Finally a selection of ice cream. My husband and I shared the amazing beetroot tartar and egg yolk tempura on mash - both absolutely lovely favours. For main we had BBq duck (wow!) and an adult portion of the hake in tempura. Beautiful side dishes of creamy mash potato and broccoli with a tasty sauce. We finished with the lightest vanilla sponge and ice cream which was wonderful. A glass each of the Eneko vineyard white and the Rosa rioja. Prices were very fair. We will be back!

Great cocktail area, ideal for escaping the bustle above. Gin Mare & tonic was excellent & Negroni’s were a hit. The service was friendly, consistent and efficient. We really enjoyed the £33 deal - 3 courses, a side and glass of prosecco. The almeja rice, basque hake and beef cheeks were particularly delicious & memorable & the blue cheese cheese cake was amazing. Thanks we had an excellent lunch at Eneko & are very likely to return.
