Firstly we were told that Bookatable should not have given us the reservation as the restaurant was full. The manager kindly ‘squeezed’ us in - although there were quite a few free tables throughout the evening so not sure why. The food was not at all good, I appreciate it’s Christmas and everywhere is busy but it’s not hard to get a few tapas dishes right. The potatas bravas looked like they were frozen not cooked properly and had a bit of sauce thrown over the top. It was all very bland. It was so cold in there we had to keep our coats on all night. The only saving grace was the staff were friendly and helpful. And the food wasn’t that cheap!! My friend had been to the Blackfriars restaurant and said it was good but we were all very disappointed with the London Bridge venue.
