Given a 5-star review by AA Gill in the Sunday Times, Dock Kitchen Notting Hill is tucked away in the old Virgin Records complex in a Victorian goods yard on the Grand Union Canal. Initially opened as a pop-up supper club by chef Stevie Parle and his sister, the Dock Kitchen has grown into an established name on the city's restaurant scene.
Always changing, the Dock Kitchen menu is spontaneous and inspired by a variety of themes, ranging from the seasons to different authors. British classics are infused with international flavours, seen in the red-legged partridge or grouse from the Yorkshire moors, roasted with Moroccan spiced honey, Muscat grapes and couscous. Tastes of India at Dock Kitchen Ladbroke Grove can be found in vegetarian options like beetroot and chard leaf mallum with chapatti.
Overlooking the Grand Union Canal, Dock Kitchen London features eclectic, industrial-style interior, with exposed brick walls and metal beams.
Run in conjunction with British furniture and lighting designer Tom Dixon, Dock Kitchen restaurant is in easy reach of Ladbroke Grove Tube Station.

We had two three different dishes a Thoran which was nice a melon starter that was tasteless and the melon was woolly and a chocolate and honey Combe pudding that was delicious . Overall disappointed .
Service and coffee excellent .

Lovely location, good setting, good straight forward limited menu but really poor service. Long time to get served, starters not delivered, then main course forgotten in kitchen almost comical bad service. Food was good . And we were comped for all the mistakes but difficult to overlook

Stylish restaurant with a great atmosphere. The food was fantastic especially my chicken livers. The staff were always great always there when you needed them to be but not lingering.

No clattering overpowering noise. Helpful and professional staff. Relatively short menu. Loved the chicken livers especially.

Very attentive service. Food was terrific - carefully prepared, with novel dishes. The ambience is fun - very comfortable. A little out of the way - not close to Tube stops.
If I lived in London this would be my regular restaurant
