I am afraid visit was not good . Service was very poor....short staffed . Waited over 30' to be served while young female staff member was on mobile phone! Finally order taken after people that came in after us! Wrong drinks were about to be served. Food was not too good ( duck was very dry) . Young male waiter who served us took order but didn't say a word ... Sorry but all in all pretty bad

I love Asian food so I took my boyfriend out for his birthday and we both got the Katsu curry which we both really enjoyed. I wanted to go somewhere that wouldn't be too expensive so it was a really decent price altogether for what we got and would definitely come back soon, the menu is like Wagamamas but I much prefer Dim T!!

Really disappointed with quality of food, starter came out cold. Sweet and sour chicken was bland had to send back only to get the shredded beef with the same watery tasteless base sauce - was very disappointed. Dim t by at London Bridge is ridiculously better

Whilst the service was good, the staff lacked focus and we had to repeat our requests several times. We were advised that there were no prawns available but when we asked what would be substituted on the sharing platter they just repeated no prawns. Overall the evening was enjoyable.

Went here with friends for a birthday dinner. Staff spoke very broken English and could not understand us when asking for a lime soda so had lemonade instead. Dined at 7.30pm but not many people in the restaurant - didn't help the atmosphere. Our waitress constantly harassed us - first to take the order, then when she was trying to tidy up tables and take away things we weren't using - but then as soon as we asked for the bill she ignored us and it took ages. Signage to toilets was not obvious and was left blundering in the dark because of the dim "trendy" lighting. The food was good though - my Pad Thai was really tasty and my friends liked their meals too - plus we used the 20% off voucher so it was really good value (five people all in for £60). Probably a good place to have lunch? Wouldn't go back in the evening.

Some of our dishes were forgotten about but these were taken off the bill which they offered to do.

Food was very average. Our child ordered the kids menu (duck pancake) which was absolutely terrible. The duck meat has hard and not fresh, and the portion of vegetables as a starter was a joke - about 5/6 strips of cucumber and carrot.

Service was appalling! Took 15 mins for them to ask us what we wanted to drink, then another 10 for it to arrive and they got the order wrong, only 2 of us. Then the main course arrived with the starters! They took the main back and it must have just been reheated in the microwave. The waitress then tried to take away my starter plate whilst I was still eating! Food wasn't that great, there were lots of staff and the restaurant wasn't full. Would not go again and will be telling people not to go. Although we booked through book a table they didn't even check the booking it were not bothered!
