With accolades from Time Out and Egon Ronay, Delhi Brasserie was called ‘the best restaurant in Soho’ by the Evening Standard. Just along from Ronnie Scott’s, elegant tall windows look out over historic Frith Street, a buzzing city location to enjoy its traditional Indian food for more than 25 years.

Delhi Brasserie’s West End location makes it easy to combine with a visit to London’s theatres or shops, with the chef’s recommendations including lamb keema masala and fish dupiaza. Charcoal grilled trout and king prawns are among speciality tandoori dishes.

Vegetarian curries and biryani feature on the Delhi Brasserie menu, along with a tasty seafood selection. Classics like chicken saag, lamb dansak and tikka masala are all present, along with sizzling barbecued kebabs.

With a wide-ranging menu masterminded by chef Shib Nath, the Delhi Brasserie restaurant in London can create bespoke offerings for special occasions. Delhi Brasserie is a 5-minute walk from Tottenham Court Road Tube Station.

The waiter, Dell, paid attention to every detail. He recommended a selection of dishes and what sides to have with them. We started with onion bagee, then we had the butter chicken, saag paneer, two different types of naan and pilau rice. The icing on the cake was the plates were brought out hot, so when we scooped or food onto them nothing cooked down!!! I would recommend this place to everyone.

Kept waiting outside in the cold even though we were on time. Sat at the back in a small room with no atmosphere and terrible music. Average food and disappointingly mean portions. This is London. Keep up.

Adorable, quaint restaurant. Food was great, service was good and the location was perfect for dinner before a show! Will be back again.

Food good but not as good as last time. Chicken tikka overcooked. Rice pudding excellent

The food was very good, loved the tastes and at a good affordable price. We really liked the variety especially the starters. The Crab Achi was amazing, with the crab taste really coming through. Our waiter was friendly and the food came in a good time - thank you. My only criticism would be that intially we were being shown to a table upstairs for 4 people, where one of the chairs would have been nearly impossible to sit at and would have been really uncomfortable had we taken it. It needs to be a table for 2 people not 4, THank you.
