We dined as a group of four celebrating a birthday and after a friendly welcome the service was prompt and unobtrusive. The food was excellent and we had a great night.

I booked a table for my daughter and me for 8pm on Thursday evening. Restaurant had several diners arrive whilst we were eating who were greeted in a very friendly way. Great ambience - they made you feel at home. Service was very good. We both had pizzas and then icecream and tiramisu to follow (tiramisu was to die for). Only worry was about parking opposite in a restricted area.

Well cooked and presented meals and good portion sizes. Perhaps a little overpriced. Attentive and helpful staff. Service was well paced and was about 2 1/4 hrs for three courses. Will certainly go back and would recommend

We ate at 6pm on a Saturday night. The restaurant was already quite busy. The service was a little slow BUT as it happened that suited us well. The food was fresh, nicely cooked and tasted very good. I was impressed by the way our waitress accommodated two kids in our party who wanted to share things. I visited Da Vinci's maybe a year ago before this visit and was very happy with what we found, the food we were served and the way we were treated.

We dined on a table for 10 at 7.30 and the restaurant was buzzing. We were made to feel very welcome and seated very quickly. An excellent platter of Scallops , Calamari , Sardines to start family style. Some great Chianti and excellent main dishes. Highlight of our evening my father-in-law enjoying a Zabaglione made fresh at the table.. Excellent. The local's in Poole are spoilt having this restaurant on their doorstep.

The food was alright; a bit expensive though. Portions in order but more English tasting than Italian taste. Waiters in good mood mostly. All in all fully in order. Thanks
