Mirroring its award-winning namesake in Beverly Hills, CUT at 45 Park Lane is a contemporary American steak restaurant. Set inside the Dorchester Collection’s 45 Park Lane hotel in Mayfair, it is the debut restaurant in Europe from acclaimed chef and founder, Wolfgang Puck.
The CUT at 45 Park Lane menu includes delectable prime beef, succulent pan-roasted lobster, sautéed whole fresh fish, and seasonal salads. Desserts at CUT are paired with carefully chosen wines and include champagne, peach and raspberry crumble, and jasmine and passion fruit baked Alaska with white chocolate buttermilk cake.
Outstanding cuisine is accompanied by an exceptional wine list of over 600 varieties, featuring one of the largest selections of American wines in the UK. On Sundays, relax with brunch and a Bloody Mary while listening to live music at CUT restaurant in London.
New at CUT at 45 Park Lane, discover 'CUTcakes & Tea', an American take on traditional English afternoon tea. 'CUTcakes & Tea' is a feast of delicious American teatime favourites with a CUT twist. Replacing traditional finger sandwiches, the menu includes savoury American bites such as Wolfgang Puck's Oscar-worthy Wagyu Beef Sliders and sweet treats including crème brûlée doughnut and s'mores.

Service Very good, dining room very good, main course not to my liking but starter marvellous, desert OK. Not sure I would particularly recommend.

Welcoming and professional..the wines were a little on the less generous basis..not even a quarter of the glass.. Food was excellent..main course was not sufficient..three scallops for main course ok for me but not for normal size people!! Breads, dessert, coffee and petit fours nice..I had a whole bottle of water instead of half which was kind of them.. Overall I liked it and happy to pay service charge for admirable service. Would go,again.

Excellent food, excellent service, fantastic location. The offer is great. The wine was nice but we were slightly disappointed with the quantity in comparison with other 5* offers.. We were not offered top up and would have been willing to pay additional premium. However this is minor in context of the overall place. We definitely will go back and highly recommend it to all.

Really disappointing experience given the connection with Wofgang Puck. Set menu good value and good food but the space feels like a hotel lobby (which in fact it is). Staff variable from delightful to rude and uncaring, frankly the days when waiters could get away with an air of their own importance are long gone. Simply too many better places nearby.
