The food was absolutely amazing from my lasagne to my partners lamb shank. The starters were also divine although for me was to big a portion for myself. There was only a couple of things that I found disappointing. Firstly the lady that greeted us didn’t give us a warm welcome at all, she had a face of misery which as someone who works in customer service and having great worked previously in hospitality was unacceptable especially when we spent a lot of money on the meal. However the waitress that served us was very attentive but the lady that had greeted us was awful made myself feel uncomfortable as she hadn’t noticed that our order has already been taken when she walked over to take it herself and then walked away with a face like thunder with a terrible attitude when we said we had been served. She dirty looked us several times which was unnecessary. The second thing that was disappointing was my peach Bellini that was more processco than anything, there was barely any peach flavour at all as it has been made with peach juice and not purée as stated on the menu. Overall I would return due to the outstounding attentiveness of our waitress who was quick to offer a solution to my mother in laws dish as she’s a vegetarian, and the wonderful food. But I hope I will not be served by the foul maitredee and her poor attitude. I can accept that everyone has a bad day but her behaviour towards us really put a dampener on our evening and made myself uncomfortable as someone with anxiety.

Celebrating my anniversary with my wife we ate hear as it is usually quiet. How wrong we were as chart music including annoying rap music was playing right above our heads. My wifes starter was lovely mine had no scallops ad advertised and one king prawn although the menu stated prawnS. My main course of king prawns and mixed seafood rissotto had 3 king prawns and the rest was mussels. I had pieces of mussel shell in my food which made it very uncomfortable to eat. My wifes gnocchi was very chewy and lacking in sauce, she could not eat it. The dissapointing thing about it was i was taking my wife out to cheer her up as her father had died the day before. We really were not in the mood to complain so quickly paid the bill and left. An absolutely awful experience!!!!
