In the vibrant centre of the old Covent Garden Market, Crusting Pipe Wine Bar presents a full grill menu of wholesome and hearty British dishes. A cellar-style wine bar, Crusting Pipe has outdoor seating, and serves vintage Port and fine wines.

Live performances of classical music, opera and dance take place in the Covent Garden courtyard throughout the year. Rustic and welcoming, Crusting Pipe has a sense of theatre and traditional English charm.

Showcasing a predominantly British menu, Crusting Pipe London has signature dishes like bangers and mash with Madeira and onion gravy, pan-fried cod wrapped in pancetta, and wild mushroom risotto with Portobello mushroom. The dessert menu boasts sticky toffee pudding with butterscotch sauce and Roddas Cornish clotted cream. There is even an impressive range of speciality cheeses such as Stinking Bishop.

A cosy candlelit restaurant, Crusting Pipe Wine Bar is just a 2-minute stroll from Covent Garden Tube Station.

Excellent location. Had a meal here prior to going to the theatre Food was exemplary and the service was second to none. If in Covent Garden would thoroughly recommend. just one thing I would have liked wawould be to sit in the courtyard after the meal to watch the various shows but in all credit it was very busy especially being so close to Christmas.

My mother, Auntie and I had a beautiful afternoon dinning here yesterday- the chicken leg with mushrooms, bacon, shallots in a red wine sauce was very declious.
I was happy with the service- very welcoming waiters and waitress. I will be visiting again in the new year for sure!

    Thank you

A very relaxed atmosphere and good service. The food was excellent and good value. As usual, the Davy's own brand of wine were top notch.

Fabulous hearty food washed down with bottle of fizz (overpriced but expect nothing less in heart of Covent Garden) even managed a pud which I never usually eat because everything was so enjoyable! Great service too - definitely recommend for a meal although maybe not for a romantic meal as quite loud and rowdy but I was there with a friend so didn't bother me ??
