I booked a table for 8 on New Years Day. On arriving at the restaurant and being made to wait a little while, our server mentioned that they had run out of pizza dough. We were then seated, so I thought the server was just trying to be funny (I didn't laugh I must add). We were then served our drinks (limited choice as they had also run out of most soft drinks much to the annoyance of our kids) only to be told that they had in fact run out of pizza dough! We were a little...disappointed (not to mention bloody hungry). I understand that they were perhaps a little unprepared for the New Years Eve rush and that there were no deliveries on New Years Day, however during the 15 minutes we were made to wait I must have counted at least 6 Deliveroo drivers arrive and collect orders. I would have thought that table bookings would take priority and that the dough would have been put aside once the pizza chefs realised they were running low. The manager did however comp our drinks and offer us 8 free pizzas on our next visit which was a nice touch. I will be sure to write another review once I've actually eaten there. I have to say the pizza's certainly looked authentic and smelt amazing. The style of ordering where you choose your base, then your toppings by ticking boxes on a sheet of paper was a little gimmicky and a waste of paper but if it works for the chefs then who am I to criticise. The decor was good and I'm sure the atmosphere would be much better on a day when they actually have pizza dough and the staff are a little more relaxed as result. I'll give them another shot as the pizzas did look really good!

The waiter was half asleep - quite slow generally in movements... Pizza was excellent - super yum.

Went for bottomless brunch as a group of 6 and had a brilliant time. Great pizza plenty of Prosecco and a couple of cocktails to finish off. Would highly recommend as one of the best brunches we have had.

Was really looking forward to my visit as it was my wife’s birthday , not the best pizza in the world soggy and salty also prosecco was in jugs so who knows what kind of prosecco it is where it’s from ?? Good move on crust bros behalf not bringing out the bottles . Won’t be rushing back , cost £70 for two and had an hr and half and to be fare could of gone to a restaurant for same money and not been rushed out . I appreciate its business but there no customer care or relation in this restaurant, also if you don’t mind sitting on baby stools from a nursery this is the place for you , also I think it’s under renovation at moment because there’s cheap old chip boards everywhere, watch you don’t catch your clothes in it . Overall I’d give this place a generous 4/10

Overall the pizzas had Great names but no actual flavour. The garlic bread was better than the pizza. Reasonable price but better pizza can be found elsewhere in London.

We were on a trip to the west end and stopped by for pizza and cocktails before our show. We loved it!

Nice food, a little expensive for some of the toppings considering how much you get, but very reasonable on others-loads of chicken, about 5 chunks of squash. Bathrooms were absolutely vile and really need to be sorted out.

Really impressed. Great atmosphere with really informal dining. My pizza was so so good. I had the red base with some prosciutto and burrata. It’s definitley some of the best pizza I’ve had in London

We visited Crust Bros on Friday night and had a great experience so visited again on the Saturday. Unfortunately we were made to wait 30 mins for drinks as the order we made at the start was never put through and neither were the pizzas. We were in a rush to get to the theatre on time so this made what should have been a treat feel very stressful. When the drinks eventually arrived we had been waiting 35 mins and our pizzas were so burnt that all we could taste was bitterness. There was no apology or offer to remove our service charge, despite the service being terrible and the pizza barely edible. We only ate it because by this point we were starving and had little time before the play started. The man to our left had a pizza that was stone cold. To add to this, the music they blare is so loud you can't even have a conversation. Its such a shame as there are very few places to eat in Waterloo but next time I'll stick to Pizza Pilgrims in Covent Garden, which isn't too far.
