The food was tasty and the dipping sauces were a great addition to finishing the crusts. The staff member at the door was very friendly and accommodating, left a great impression. Our initial waiter was a little moody and it felt like she didn’t want to listen to us, and we noticed her attitude being off twice in the night. This resulted in her failing to give us the right dipping sauce (we received dupilicates of the same flavour). When her shift was over/ her break came we were introduced to a second waiter who was fantastic, accommodating and very happy to serve us. He spoke with us in the end and wished us well as we left the restaurant. The food is flavourful and affordable, and overall the staff are lovely

The Pizzeria is right by Waterloo Station, and proudly announces various awards outside: top 15 London Pizzerias, Best Pizza etc. And it definitely seemed like the pizza was superb - my daughter ranked it right up there with Aromi in Cambridge (best pizza in the UK as far as we have experienced.) I had a salad, which was very tasty but surprisingly small for the price (pizzas start at £7, this was £8 - just peppers, onions and lettuce and it was the size of a side salad). The most difficult was my OTHER daughter - I asked for a gluten-free pizza for her on the kids menu, and the waiter said that wasn't possible, even though I was happy to pay the extra for the base. Fortunately, once we asked for the manager the ridiculousness was sorted out, and they kindly didn't charge the extra. Other than that snafu, the service was excellent and the ambience was great. That's what has taken it up from 3 to 4 stars for me. Stick with normal pizza, and this place is terrific.

Loved the variety of toppings available. Friendly staff and well-cooked pizza. Definitely the best crusts in the business. Super cheesy and generous with toppings too!

The food is great! Toilets are disgusting! They smell of wee. It is obvious the trendy servers weren't going to go in and clean. I could see the door to toilets in the 2 hours I was there and NOT ONCE did anyone go clean them! Don't appreciate tips added on bill. The staff needs better training since they don't use time wisely. My family owned restaurants and I can spot shoddy servers instantly.
