Based in London's trendy Islington Cruse 9 fuses flavours from Mediterranean, European and Moroccan cuisine. Within its stylish interior of dark tiled floor and white walls Head Chef Taher Djeebet's time in southern Spain is reflected in his traditional Gazpacho (£4.50).
