Awarded an AA Rosette, The Brasserie Bar & Restaurant at Crewe Hall offers a contemporary twist on classic flavours. Afternoon Tea at Crewe Hall is a luxurious treat for those wanting to experience classic dining tradition in a quintessentially British setting.

The grill menu at Crewe Hall showcases prime cuts of meat such as sirloin steak served homemade chips, or roast bone marrow with braised beef brisket and blue cheese. Elsewhere on the menu find the likes of pan-fried sea bass with potato gnocchi, and sticky toffee pudding with sea salt caramel ice cream.

All the traditional treats are served on the Afternoon Tea at Crewe Hall menu, and come beautifully presented. To start, there are delicate finger sandwiches with gourmet fillings like poached chicken with lime and coriander mayonnaise, and English salted cucumber with apple crème fraîche, moving on to home-baked plain and sultana scones served with Cornish clotted cream and red berry preserves.

A luxurious treat in historic surroundings, Crewe Hall is 8 minutes' drive from Crewe Rail Station.

Loved our meal. Super service. Very impressed by the professional running of the restaurant. Went the extra mile for our anniversary.

A very good afternoon tea in the most beautiful of surroundings. Well served by extremely pleasant staff. Everything was "home made", with the elements of the cream tea being particularly good. A good choice of teas, it was my first experience of a green tea based earl grey and that was excellent. Musical background was pleasant and unobtrusive. A very enjoyable experience for our 31st wedding anniversary.

We booked our celebration dinner here expecting great things. The food was excellent, when we all finally received it. The service was extremely poor. The head waiter could not have been less interested in us, from his disinterest in our booking to no apology that our food was served at different times with us having to ask where other main meals and our side dishes were. Very disappointing .

We had the afternoon tea for 5 people. The tea was delicious, especially the Earl Grey. The cheese and pickle sandwich was a too spicy for 4/5 members of our group and the parma violet macarons didn't really work for me. However the other cakes were excellent. We were not rushed and the atmosphere and setting were excellent. We had a good time.

We enjoyed a beautiful afternoon tea at Crewe Hall. The atmosphere was lovely and our American visitor really enjoyed the experience.

I have been visiting Crewe Hall for the last 6 years for Afternoon Tea. The first couple of times were marvelous, but over the years it has declined bit by bit. We were not told what was on the sandwiches, the scones were dry, the macarons were also dry. Maybe if I hadn't been many years ago when all
the different types of tea was explained to you also the sandwiches and cakes my review might have been different. Crewe Hall itself is a beautiful building.

Lovely place, amazing tea!! Only downside was the sandwhiche fillings had changed which weren't to my taste.
