Portions are huge. Good service. The corn on the cob with butter was totally delicious.

Good food & service. We shared a half roasted chicken and had three side dishes which was enough for two. The price of the meal was ok but we did think the wine was a little overpriced. Effective on-line booking service. I would definitely go back again.

Overall the food was good, but the service wasn't great: there was little detail on the Sunday menu as to what items came with and staff didn't seem too sure either. Burgers served on wooden boards was also not practical either

It was our first time and the experience as a whole was an extremely positive one. The ambiance was great along with great food and fabulous customer service. If I had to say one thing I would change, well that would be I would rather have my food on a plate than a board! But that is just me being s little bit picky!! All in all a great place for the family to eat. We will defiantly be back!

Although the staff had been rushed off their feet all day and there was a bit of a mix up with our order, they were friendly and honest about it. Food was lovely and good choice of cocktails!

Had a lovely experience, the staff were very attentive and friendly, was a great atmosphere. The starter of pulled chicken was delicious and the cocktails were great! Was a lovely start to our evening which was a big one as we got engaged!

Pre booked then arrived at Crafty's on a Friday evening around 8 pm. Upon arrival we were all excited and happy. The Hove area was busy and buzzing with summer delight. (This was soon to change for us!)
We were taken to our table and as we didn't get asked I got up and went to the bar to order some drinks. Luckily they had bar stools available as anyone who isn't a millionaire would need to sit down after seeing these prices.
To be fair the cocktail I got for my partner (£9) was good although the 3x lemonades for kiddies had to go back as tasted like ****!
After seeing the table behind us both send their food back we braved it and ordered ours. I asked the waitress if the ribs come with chips and with a confused look about her she scratched her head and said "er im not sure" then replied " dont think so actually id say they come with salad and coleslaw" so I kicked on and added some chips. We ordered kids food and also a beef steak. I found it funny the waitress didnt ask how we wanted the steak cooked so we let her know we wanted it rare with blue cheese sauce. The waitress soon returned and said im afraid we dont have any blue cheese sauce left,so we changed it to peppercorn and added some bread and olives. After around 20 mins I asked the waitress if the bread and olives will come out with the mains and she quickly set off to find out and brought them back with her straight away. Then the mains come out about 1 min later. OMG the steak was cold like it had just come from the fridge, as was the peppercorn sauce.
Id say the only time that beef was warm was when it was running around the field. This was sent back, I couldnt believe it was actually cold to touch. After that its going to put everyone off their meals but the rest off us bravely ate up whilst mum watched. (poor old mum)
The waitress offered to replace but after being served cold meat it kinda makes you feel less hungry.
The overall standard of food is shockingly bad.
    Steak and 25% off bill
