Restaurant description

Craft London is a modern British restaurant, cocktail bar and café from acclaimed Chef Stevie Parle and designer Tom Dixon.

Craft uses predominantly British produce sourced from trusted farmers and suppliers from across the country. It roasts its own coffee, smokes its our own fish, cures meats, ferments vegetables, keeps bees and grows vegetables on the Greenwich Peninsula Jetty.

The restaurant is headed up by Richard Blackwell, and offers an ever-changing, seasonal menu of snacks, starters, mains and desserts. Vegetables, fish and meats are cooked over a custom-built wood fire and breads are made using their own tandoor oven. Dishes include fresh heritage tomato salad, egg-yolk tagliorini with crab, Norfolk black chicken with broad beans and peas, Swaledale T-Bone steak for two and a Craft London burger with house pickles.

An extensive wine list balances some well-known varieties with some small-scale, organic wine producers from all across Europe. Craft also plays home to an upstairs cocktail bar offering 360 views across London and an all-day café which serves brunch, sourdough pizzas and a Craft beer selection.

Offering a unique take on modern British cuisine, Craft restaurant is a short walk from the River Thames, the o2 Arena and North Greenwich Tube Station.

Dishes displayed on a la carte menus are representative of the type of food available at the restaurant.

Nice chilled atmosphere friendly staff. Service was excellent. The Dexter Burger was superb, cooked to your preference, nicest burger i’ve ever eaten. Also recommend the Wild Garlic and mushroom soup. Will go back for sure.

Lovely room with nice, quiet ambience. Food came very quickly, efficient service and nice food at a good price. Portions on the set meal are very small, which suited us, but wouldn't have done if I'd brought my hulking son along, I fear! Nice people, nice place and we were in and out in time for the big show at 7.30.

Delicious food, lovely staff, great location for pre/post-concert. One tip - if you’re ordering a sharing dish for 2 you may need an extra veg side

We had a wonderful experience here - food was delicious and the margaritas were sublime. Credit must go to the head bartender guy who was just fantastic, full of interesting stories about the cocktails - we loved it! Only bit of constructive criticism would be better catering for coeliacs as my fellow diners were given lovely bread to nibble on with drinks and then more bread with the mixed salami platter and I had nothing. So some gluten free bread would be a nice touch!

Very nice friendly staff. Limited menu. Wine expensive. We had steaks and one was very gristly and fatty, so half was left - as result, cost of glass of wine was deducted. Might recommend but not sure.
