Restaurant description

Fire & Stone is based in the heart of London’s vibrant West End, nestled behind Covent Garden’s world famous Piazza. There is a spacious feel to its dining room with high ceilings and a contemporary design, set across 2 floors.

Leading the Fire & Stone menu are 6 sensational burgers which from New York to Melbourne feature the best of gourmet global flavour combinations. Each burger layers prime 6oz beef in a sweet brioche bun with an array of moreish toppings such as The Saville’s grilled goat cheese, grilled Serrano ham and sweet red onions, finishing with soft lettuce leaves, gherkin and tomato. All burgers are served with a generous side of skinny fries housed in a rustic wooden crate. A vegetarian burger is also available, as are pastas, fresh salads and tempting desserts.

From the bar come summer jugs likes classic Pimm’s or a fresh Long Island ice tea. For a quirky refreshment, try the Strawberry Froze, which blends Tempranillo rosé wine with strawberry-infused sugar, strawberry syrup and fresh lemon juice, served straight up with strawberry sugar rum and fresh strawberries.

Based in a prime location, Fire & Stone London is just 6 minutes’ walk from Leicester Square Tube station.

My granddaughter and I had the 2 course meal deal before going to the theatre. All the food was well prepared and we both really enjoyed the main course and felt the whole meal was really good value. 2nd visit but it won’t be the last.

Great food, lovely staff and a nice atmosphere. We went for a pre-theatre meal and the 2 course deal was fantastic value for money, we would have had the 3 course deal but the starter and main were very filling. Would definitely go again and would recommend to others.

Been here loads of times it's a kids favourite. Service is always good. Management always quick to rectify any mistakes. Food is always good. And with tastecard it's a great saving.

The pizzas were quite good but not great. The house wine was horrible. Service was lacking. I wasn't offered anymore cutlery after the starter was taken away nor given another serviette. I had to ask when the mains arrived. They added service charge to the bill but didn't provide any service. They simply brought the food and then cleared the plates. I won't be returning

The pizzas felt more like they were aimed at tourists as they were all named after famous cities and had crazy toppings. The fries were very, very good however. I feel like i should have tried one of their burgers to go with the fries. They have pitchers of cocktails for £10 which is a bargain as it lasted us before and well after our meal and there was 4 of us.
