Loved the food and cocktails but the restaturant was so cold! Too much air con.
But overall was good. Good service too.

Fire & Stone is based in the heart of London’s vibrant West End, nestled behind Covent Garden’s world famous Piazza. There is a spacious feel to its dining room with high ceilings and a contemporary design, set across 2 floors.
Leading the Fire & Stone menu are 6 sensational burgers which from New York to Melbourne feature the best of gourmet global flavour combinations. Each burger layers prime 6oz beef in a sweet brioche bun with an array of moreish toppings such as The Saville’s grilled goat cheese, grilled Serrano ham and sweet red onions, finishing with soft lettuce leaves, gherkin and tomato. All burgers are served with a generous side of skinny fries housed in a rustic wooden crate. A vegetarian burger is also available, as are pastas, fresh salads and tempting desserts.
From the bar come summer jugs likes classic Pimm’s or a fresh Long Island ice tea. For a quirky refreshment, try the Strawberry Froze, which blends Tempranillo rosé wine with strawberry-infused sugar, strawberry syrup and fresh lemon juice, served straight up with strawberry sugar rum and fresh strawberries.
Based in a prime location, Fire & Stone London is just 6 minutes’ walk from Leicester Square Tube station.

Food and service were fine. I'd booked a deal 2 courses and a beer or proseco for £17. However, the menu we were given was a burger, brownie and a drink for £17. Fine if you like burgers and brownies. I pointed out that this wasn't the deal I had booked and that if I'd known that was the deal I wouldn't have booked. Be clear on the deals please.

Buena atención, comida correcta y precio ajustado. Recomendable la opción de masa fina para las pizzas.
Raciones igualmente correctas.

Dreadful. We got there a 5.20 and we're seated and the waitress took our drinks orders. Another one of our party joined us 15mins later but after a long wait we had to get up to notify a waitress that we wanted to order. We then waited 45 min for our food and a surly waiter brought our starters and main course to the table at the same time. When we pointed out that we obviously wanted the starters first he snatched the plates back up and huffed off. Despite bringing the starter platter to the table, he took it away with him and we had to get the manageress to make her aware that we still didn't have our starters. She brought it over eventually but then walked off without giving us any plates. After finishing the starters no one came to take it away and bring our mains. We again got the manageress and she eventually brought them over but left without giving us any cutlery which we had to take off another table. Two of the three pizza were inedible. They were dried out and over cooked. We sent them back but didn't want to reorder as by this time we'd been there nearly two hours and had had enough. We used to use Fire & Stone a lot, but each time the service and food has got worse and worse and we'll never be revisiting it.

My burger came in an oblong box with its French fries. Looked great but to eat was messy as not easy to cut in narrow box. Chocolate brownie with ice cream was perfect.

We had the two course special offer for £17 - the food was actually quite nice with a good choice choc brownie was divine so all in all good value. Shame the whole experience was let down by the service. Waitress was slow and had to be reminded several times we had a show booked. Shame as I would have returned to sample something from main menu.

Nice place and the menu reads well but the food didn't live up to the hype. Pizza's were quite hard and took some real strength to cut through. They weren't as tasty as they sounded on the menu. The air con was freezing where we were sat and didn't change despite us pointing it out. We felt rushed when the mains were brought out immediately after we'd finished our starters which hadn't even been cleared away. Overall disappointing.
