Restaurant description

Holder of 3 AA Rosettes and awarded London Restaurant of the Year by the Evening Standard, Corrigan’s Mayfair fuses seasonal produce with Richard Corrigan’s unmistakable flair. Served in an ambience of understated luxury, dishes are inspired by quintessential British and Irish cooking.

The Corrigan’s menu begins with rich starters such as Carlingford Rock oysters, beef tartare with tarragon and nasturtium, and cured duck liver with apple and almond, whilst inventive mains include suckling pig with black pudding and crispy ears and 38-day aged rib of beef with bone marrow gratin. Round off a meal with a selection of British and Irish farmhouse cheeses, Madagascan vanilla cheesecake with Yorkshire rhubarb, or the indulgent 56% chocolate mousse with orange ice cream.

An impressive wine list is on hand to complement a meal at Corrigan’s restaurant, featuring fine champagnes and select bottles from around the world. An innovative tasting menu is served with matched wines, whilst pre and post-theatre set menus are also offered.

Showcasing contemporary fine dining from a renowned chef, Corrigan’s in London sits on the edge of Hyde Park, a 9-minute walk from Bond Street Tube Station.

Dishes displayed on a la carte menus are representative of the type of food available at the restaurant.

Deliciously fabulous evening - superb meal, excellent service and a setting that's full of character. I'm always a sucker for scallops - which were perfect, and my husband had the lamb (spot on cooking and produce) - with a mash like a cloud (sounds silly to mention but I've had a lot of mash, I can actually cook that, and this was the best of the best!) The souffle was stunning and so light. Highly recommended, couldn't have asked for a better anniversary meal - absolutely tantalised all our senses.

The restaurant is very very comfortable. It’s also quiet enough to talk to friends at the table. The food was excellent, my mackerel starter was especially good. Staff friendly and efficient.

We enjoyed the early evening special deal, which was extremely good value and a most enjoyable meal.

There appeared to be some slight initial confusion concerning our booking made through Bookatable (what free glass of champagne?) and we were slightly taken aback to be restricted to the A La Carte menu rather than the interesting, cheaper set menu options prominently on display at the entrance. So our hackles were definitely raised at the beginning - but then the food started to arrive. Imaginative petits fours, lovely (though perhaps rather small...) fish courses for the main meal, and then rich desserts and coffee. Meanwhile the service was attentive without being intrusive. Fantastic - all was forgiven!

Lovely atmosphere - we booked for 2.30 but was still quite busy . Decor is lovely but still has quite a cosy feel . The staff were very attentive and friendly. We had the set menu which was put discreetly with other menus and I have to say all the food we had was lovely. The champagne and canapé to start and the chocolate at the end with bill was a lovely touch and I thought it was good value for high end cuisine

The restaurant was exceptionally comfortable, plush banquettes, and quiet enough for us to talk which was great. Food excellent, especially puddings, the cemetery brûlée is so delicious. Wine list pricy. Not much under £50 service friendly and efficient

Took the early evening set menu (three courses for £36 ahead) which was fabulous. Lovely comfortable restaurant with great lighting and excellent service. Value for money and thoroughly enjoyable.
