Restaurant description

Holder of 3 AA Rosettes and awarded London Restaurant of the Year by the Evening Standard, Corrigan’s Mayfair fuses seasonal produce with Richard Corrigan’s unmistakable flair. Served in an ambience of understated luxury, dishes are inspired by quintessential British and Irish cooking.

The Corrigan’s menu begins with rich starters such as Carlingford Rock oysters, beef tartare with tarragon and nasturtium, and cured duck liver with apple and almond, whilst inventive mains include suckling pig with black pudding and crispy ears and 38-day aged rib of beef with bone marrow gratin. Round off a meal with a selection of British and Irish farmhouse cheeses, Madagascan vanilla cheesecake with Yorkshire rhubarb, or the indulgent 56% chocolate mousse with orange ice cream.

An impressive wine list is on hand to complement a meal at Corrigan’s restaurant, featuring fine champagnes and select bottles from around the world. An innovative tasting menu is served with matched wines, whilst pre and post-theatre set menus are also offered.

Showcasing contemporary fine dining from a renowned chef, Corrigan’s in London sits on the edge of Hyde Park, a 9-minute walk from Bond Street Tube Station.

Dishes displayed on a la carte menus are representative of the type of food available at the restaurant.

Food was very good though there was a mix up on menu and offer we had booked also slightly disappointing that they started bringing the canapés and champagne before the second diner was present

Had a wonderful lunch here on November 29th. The restaurant itself was warm & inviting and the service was absolutely perfect leaving us waiting & wanting for nothing. The food exceeded our expectations & we will definitely be returning.

A lovely elegant restaurant with charming staff. The food was excellent and very generous for a pre theatre meal.

Very mixed. I know we were on the ‘cheap’ menu so this probably isn’t representative of the restaurant at all. The Pre dinner nibbles weren’t really nibbles: just olives, two nice small slices of sausage roll and yummy bread. I had what was meant to be a game pate. Was actually a thin slice of quite dry game pie with a nice chutney. My partner’s mackerel was very good. Mains were yummy and plenty of them. My chocolate bar with ice cream was a lot of nice chocolate with not enough ice cream or maybe it needed a fruit sauce or something to enliven it. Partner had the cheese which was good (difficult to do badly). Service was generous and appropriately timed. Go for the mains

Dined at Corrigan's Mayfair on a bookatable star deal - three courses and glass of champagne for £39. As is often the case there is a limited choice for each course but all of the options were delicious. Pleasingly, the portions were also very reasonable. Given this is an expensive restaurant, once adding in a couple of drinks each and service you still end up at £70+ per head, however, this is one of the best such deals I have experienced and the restaurant was excellent. Would definitely consider coming back for the full menu.
