The service we received was brilliant. The young lady looking after us was so attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Our afternoon tea was such a treat.

An ultra-fashionable hideaway on Manchester’s trendy Deansgate, Cloud 23 serves flashy bespoke cocktails and refined afternoon tea. A slick, penthouse-style setting, surrounding floor-to-ceiling windows frame panoramic views of the city.

Cocktails inspired by the city are served at Cloud 23 Manchester. Sample the likes of the crimson-coloured Vertigo- a refreshing mix of Bombay Sapphire, pomegranate juice and lychee liqueur. An accomplished wine list and fine international beers are also served from the sweeping bar.

Offsetting the cosmopolitan cocktail mixes, Cloud 23 Deansgate presents a quintessentially British selection for afternoon tea. Towering assortments of dainty finger sandwiches, fresh scones and classic cakes like Victoria sponge and rich éclairs make for a crowd-pleasing selection.

In fiercely on-trend surroundings, Cloud 23 bar is 3 minutes’ walk from Deansgate Rail Station.

Lovely food and atmosphere, disappointed that we didn't have a widow view, told parties of four don't have a window view, not told this at booking despite requesting a window view. Had Afternoon Tea with Champagne, we were given the option of 3 different ones, 2 of us had the rose when we received the bill this was £2 extra per glass, we were not told this when we ordered it. When we received our bill it had a service charge on, nobody discussed this with us, would have been happy if the staff had mentioned that there was an optional service charge but the bill was just presented to us, we actually chose not to pay the charge for this reason as I always feel it is good manners and prefer to tip.
I have visited before with my daughter and thought it would be a great experience for my friends, overall the experience was good but not great. Staff we're welcoming and polite, food was ample and beautifully presented, just the minor information regarding the prices and the bill.

Service was good, staff very friendly . Had a window seat, seats were a bit grubby and would have been nicer clean, especially when dressed up.

Did not like sandwiches at all, very bland and flavourless, cakes dry and nothing special and the same for the scones, dry. We were seated at one table at first, then got told to move very firmly as that table was 'not ready' for afternoon tea. Once we had our food delivered, we were just left to it. We werent actually waited on. Furthermore the area around our table was dirty, full of crumbs on the carpet, crumbs crushed into the chairs. Its a shame as this was my friends birthday and she hardly ate and for what we paid it was not worth the experience. Finally when it came to paying, we asked them to remove the £7 service charge as we did not have the most amazing service where we feel we could pay that. The waiter asked why, when we have a right not to pay, its optional, was very rude and did not even greet us goodbye. Just because we do not pay service charge does not mean staff can be rude and ignore you as a customer. We still paid for our food!! Sort it our cloud 23 as your standards have slipped

The view amazing, we went at 5pm and had to sit with the crumbs and bits of food on the carpet from previous guests! The sandwich were random but mine soggy wraps and dry bread! The waitress did bring a cocktail as a gesture of good will... Then they charge a 10% service charge without telling you.

    Cocktails and afternoon tea.
Tea, coffee and hot chocolate are unlimited.
My only comment would be the chocolate cake wasnt nice and i had to pay extra £3 for a coke as i dont drink hot drinks.
Great staff, I would recommend this.

Food was very good but the ambiance and view made it very special. Our waiter was very pleasant and efficient as well

Took my sister for afternoon tea to celebrate her birthday. No waiting shown to our table, with a window view as requested. The staff were very attentive, took our order and checked that everything was ok and kept us topped up with tea without having to ask. The food was delicious and just the right amount, we were not left wanting more. Lovely atmosphere very comfortable and nothing too much trouble. Believe it is due a refit but although some items looked a little tired was very clean and comfortable. Would recommend and go again.

Hilton förknippar man ju med lite klass men deras Afternoon Tea imponerade inte. Torrt bröd, kakorna smakar mest sött. Inte mycket smak i övrigt. Känns inte prisvärt.
Men trevlig personal. Perfekt om man vill ta en drink och njuta av suverän utsikt.
Maten i övrigt har jag ingen uppfattning om.
