As the name suggests the Citrus Etoile is just a short distance from the famous Place de l'Etoile in the 8th arrondissment of Paris. The setting is chic and refined with pure white table cloths and calming cream walls. Fine dining is coupled with finesse and healty eating. The chef Gilles Epie spent time in California and his dishes have a touch of Hollywood about them - steamed veal liver or todu tartar with cumcumber and spinach a just a couple of examples of the exotic menu.
