From the same stock as London favourites The Cinnamon Club and Cinnamon Kitchen, Cinnamon Soho offers innovative Indian cuisine just a stone's throw from Piccadilly Circus. Set over 2 levels, an al fresco terrace features edgy brushed steel and racing-car-blue leather.

Crafted with the knowing eye of executive chef Vivek Singh, the Cinnamon Soho menu offers contemporary Indian recipes, with classic British accents weaved throughout. Famous for serving nibbles, small plates and sharers boasting a range of colours and flavours, sample favourites like the signature crab and curry leaf balls, lamb Rogan Josh shepherds pie, Kolkata spiced cod, house black dal, and crispy stuffed parathas. For afternoon tea with a twist try the famous High Chai, or start your day off with breakfast parathas or traditional kedgeree.

Bursting with exotic and refreshing blends, a prized selection of cocktails at Cinnamon Soho London includes a subtly spiced cinnamon bellini, or a cool garden mojito. An eclectic assortment of bottles make up the wine list, with many available by the glass or carafe.

Featuring slick, Scandinavian-style design, Cinnamon Soho restaurant is perfectly in tune with the edginess of nearby Carnaby Street. Oxford Circus Tube Station is a 5-minute walk away.

Downstairs has a really good vibe - trendy but relaxed atmosphere.

The food was ok, Spiced cauliflower was our favourite dish.

My party of five were sat downstairs- which was very understaffed (two waiters for 9/10 tables)

For mains we ordered chicken tikka, shepherds pie, veg, chilli paneer and pork belly with two portions of naan and three portions of rice.

Starters to 30-45 minutes to arrive followed by mains. The waitress brought out four mains (chicken tikka, shepherds pie, veg and pork belly) along with the two portions of naan. Twenty minutes later and still no sign of the paneer or rice so this was raised with the waitress. She rudely pointed to our chicken dish stating that was the paneer. Upon correcting her she went off in a huff and came back yet again stating the chicken dish was the paneer. She then brought out two rices, when we ordered three - she claims we ordered three. She finally brought out the remaining rice and said the paneer will follow. - no apology for the error made. The panner came out in a round dish and was red (from the chilli), i'm unsure how she thought this was the chicken as it was on a rectangular plate and white?

The service was slow, waitress was rude, music is very loud and the food is clearly not Indian or close to (two members of the party are Indian).

The food was delicious and it was different to have live music in an Indian restaurant, which we enjoyed. Would go back.

We had a great night at Cinnamon Soho for our monthly Dining Club with the tasting menu for 8 of us. We felt looked after, and the food was a great selection and very generous helpings. We were glad to be downstairs as a little quieter. Great service and value. Would return.

Have mixed feelings about this restaurant, when walking in it was very quiet and a dark restaurant even though it was daytime. I have had many afternoon teas, all different themes and was really looking forward to this one as we have Indian quite regular, we ordered our drinks and extra 2 cocktails which were ok but expensive for the small glass we got. The food started to come on on small plates no afternoon tea stand, just savoury on few plates and at the same time sweet on few other plates, it was not presented very nice at all. The savoury was nice and sweet ok. It was was a bit disappointing the only good thing was afternoon tea was very reasonable at £15 each, I'm afraid I wouldn't recommend going here for afternoon tea

Excellent evening. We had the sharing menu with cocktail, and all the dishes were lovely, especially the belly pork! There was a lot of everything, and the service was particularly smiley!

I arrived early for my reservation, but was still seated and checked in on routinely to make sure I was content while waiting or needed anything, which I really appreciated! Overall the service was extremely attentive and and our waitress kindly took the time to explain the menu in detail as well as to offer suggestions based on our tastes.

We ordered the balls starter (which is perfect for three to share), the curry of the day (a buttermilk chicken dish), a lamb dish, and the king prawns. All were fantastic! In terms of drinks, I think the mojito I ordered was too sweet (but I forgot to specify I don't like simple syrup, so that is my fault), and the other two cocktails my friends had were delicious (a mule cocktail with ginger beer was I think the favorite). House wine was also light and easy to drink! Complimented the spices and food well.

    Will definitely be back again!

had the sharing dishes & all i can say is they were fantastic.there were 4 of us constantly discussing how amazing it was.the service charge being added to the bill was a little disappointing. it certainly was mentioned beforehand. it may of been in the small print, but we never saw it. we much prefer to be able to tip if we want to.this contributed to a 3 star on value. if it was purely on the food & not wine either it would of been 5 stars for value

Great place for informal dining. We had the set menu of 8 tasting dishes- all of which were tasty and large portions. Friendly fast service. It was very busy so bit noisy at times.
