Ambience was very good. They sat us overlooking the bay which was a great view. We started with some mixed papads and chutneys. Papads were good but the avacado chutney was outstanding. We then moved to paneer starter. Taste was decent but what bothered me was that it was lukewarm. Next we ordered a Maharani thali for mains. Again i thought the taste was good but temperature was lukewarm which put me off. By the time we were halfway, the food had gone pretty much cold. The variety in the veg thali was good and it was lots of rajasthani dishes which was pleasing. I just wished they had heated the food properly as it killed the experience for me esp as i was looking forward to it.

We have now been to Chokhi Dhani on three occasions and have been pleased on each occasion. The service is excellent, the ambience is wonderful and the food and drink are superb. For a special occasion with an Asian flavour, this Nine Elms establishment is worth seeking out.

We booked for a set lunch (myself, my Mum and husband). The food was delicious and outrageously priced for the quality of food and level of service (£15 for two courses). I had the veggie chickpea starter followed by the kebab, both delicious and I was too full to try a pudding but they looked lovely. I really love posh Indian restaurants and my first experience was very good. I will be back to try the a la carte v soon.

Cocktails were lovely. Very pretty restaurant. Location is a bit out of the way from everything else but nice views.

Relatively easy to get to and park. We had an initial hiccup with our drinks, which the manager went out of his way to rectify. Food was really good and the dessert in particular was top notch. I would gladly return and recommend to my friends and family.

Brilliant place. We had the maharaja thali and it was truly maharaja style! The food came in silver plate and the dishes were mind blowing. A definite visit for anyone looking for the authentic Rajasthani taste.
