Chiquita was great but you didn’t pass on the booking I made with you for a 7.15 table so we lost out on the 2 & 3 course meal deals. Luckily they had space

We had a terrible time here. Pre-booked because it was a show day at the O2. We got seated straight away, but it then took over 20 minutes, and two goes of me asking, for someone to take our order. We only ordered two things - enchilada and fajita. My friends food came about 20 mins later, still no sign in mine. Ten mins later I was able to find someone to ask about my dish, this was nearly an hour after we’d sat down. Turns out the server had ‘forgotten’ to put my order through. We had only ordered two things!! By this time we had to leave as we had to get to the show, so I ended up with no dinner. We spoke to the table next to us, and they had waited over 45 minutes to get their mains, which again, was a a simple order. We were given a discount on the one dish we did get, although we had a discount code anyway, so it didn’t feel like a good deal. I won’t be going back.

Service and food very good, I know it was busy but our main dish arrived before we had finished our starter

The staff where fantastic. We were over an hour late for our booking, due to bad traffic. Lots of people waiting for a table. Walk in were being told 1hr20 wait. Asked us to wait 5 mins and sorted a table for us. The waiter was brilliant, food was lovely and quick service. Would definitely come back and recommend to others. It was a busy Friday night and we made it to our concert with plenty of time to spare. The food was reasonably priced.

We had booked and when we arrived were told the booking system had gone down so they could’ve view any ones bookings for the restaurant, we weren’t v happy so waited for a table to be available , the food was lovely but had to ask for our drinks as they hadn’t arrived and they would r accept vouchers as it was an event day which after the hassle of waiting you think they would accept Overall we were happy with food but disappointed with experience

Booked a table, turned up and was informed that booking system down so needed to wait along with other walk-ins.Waited for 30+ mins, eventually shown to a table and had to grab someone to take our order after 20mins of waiting. Sharing nachos were great. Waited another 1hr before getting our mains. 1 x cold enchiladas & 2 x piping hot fajitas but no wraps or dips. Asked 2 people and 5 mins later got the wraps. So all food cold. Busy and event night but terrible service from start to end. Won't be back to this O2 one!

We had booked a table as we were attending a concert at the O2 and we knew it would be busy. When we arrived we were told the booking system had gone down so we were added to a list of people waiting. We arrived early & were only seated 5/10 after the time we booked so that was no problem. Service at the bar was slow as everyone was waiting there for a table. The staff were clearly stressed and the whole operation seemed extremely unorganised. With that in mind I think our server did really well, our drinks were forgotten about despite asking twice but they were taken off the menu. There was no clear person in charge and lots of customers complaining about waiting times for food and drinks, incorrect orders etc. We felt really sorry for the staff

Unfortunately the IT system had crashed so our table booking was lost. It didn’t bother me too much as my pal was running late and I was able to sit and wait by the bar. The restaurant was v busy but the staff were very friendly. Our order was slow to arrive so we had little time to eat it. Therefore it was greatly appreciated when the Maitre D gave us our meal and drinks on the house as an apology. Excellent customer recovery and much appreciated and unexpected. I would come again despite the hiccups in IT and the kitchen.
