Chiquitos peninsula square was good overall, service a little slow but pleasant and our order correct but we thought that the fajitas were a lot of onion and not much meat or peppers, considering they were £15 ish. The loaded chilli nachos were very good. However the restaurant has a lively feel with plenty of atmosphere

It was an awful experience the restaurant was unprepared for the number of customers and the quality of the food was poor. We had to wait over 45 mins for food and when it came it was over seasoned, bland or missing parts. We had to complain in the end but won't be returning to that branch, luckily other branches are better.

We booked a table for 12:15 as we were due to watch the xfactor live show, which started at 2pm. When we arrived, the downstairs part of the restaurant was busy but we were the first family to be seated in the upstairs section. The restaurant filled up quickly but we had ordered our food by this time. 1 lot of nachos to start, 2 chimichanga mains and 2 kids meals. The nachos came out relatively quickly but at 1:15 we were still waiting for the mains. All other tables bar one couple, were also waiting. One table left without eating. We were keen to get to our seats in the O2 so asked our waitress for an update on the meals. 5 minutes later having received no response we asked another waitress. She was helpful and managed to finally bring the food out at around 1:25. By this stage it was too for the kids to have there desert, so we asked for a reduction in the bill, which, to their credit, was given without negotiation. We really had to rush our meals, which is a shame and none of us were able to finish. Either they are unable to cope with concert crowds, or they had some sort of issue in the kitchen. I felt sorry for the staff on the front line so still left a tip but I would probably eat elsewhere next time. Food was ok, the standard I would expect from a chain restaurant.

Okay - very slow considering location and turn around required for people attending O2 shows. Also my children's meals were left on hot plate for ages whilst the two adult meals were cooked. Needless to say their meals were lukewarm when they turned up

Table booked for 1:30 was not ready until 14:00 which was disappointing. Buffalo wings served burnt after a 45 minute wait and had to ask for our drinks 3 times. They turned up after we had finished our main course. Manager was good and apologetic.

Excellent service and good food. Despite the restaurant being busy we were'nt hurried to vacate the table. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
