An extraordinary setting has been created in this restaurant using natural materials to reflect the style of the tribe?s living environment and their talents. The staff, which has been working well together for years, cooks authentic cuisine conveying a delicious impression of South America ? Chilean corn quiche (Pastel de Choclo), lomo chimú, ceviche (raw marinated fish fillet) or mole poblano (turkey in chocolate sauce).
