Everyone happy with their meal but l thought a little bit of salad with the children's meal would've made it less dry.

The booking experience was good, the staff were very good & polite,we had two roast lunches which were ok , but not great, a lot of meat which was nice & lots of watery veg which wasn't to good . The other meal was sausage & mash which was very good, all 3 starters were very good

Went with friends who had travelled some distance, so we decided to take them to The Chetwynd Arms, what a mistake! One of our party ordered the Gammon which was OK - the other three ordered the Sunday Lunch, to say it was poor is an understatement. It was just about warm and very bland, never again. We didn't complain at the time due to the fact that we had invited guests with us.
