My son compared the food to school dinners and I would have to agree. It wasn't worth £23. I would not eat here again. The restaurant is very dark and the intermittent cinematic music was loud and annoying. One poor boy thought I was his nan and kept following me even though we were different races; that's how dark it was. The range of food was limited, just not good. The staff were very good and I can't fault them; it was just everything else.

Food was very limited and way over priced. Views of animals were great. I think it could have been more child friendly, bearing in mind the volume of young kids. I think children's cutlery should have been available.

The staff were professional and efficient, however, we were not impressed with the food- whilst I appreciate the menu has been reduced, the choices were minimal. My children ordered pizzas and there was so much cheese on them, they were basically inedible. I did not complain as there wasn’t anything else on the menu that they would eat. I also found it to be very expensive.

We dinned in your restaurant on the 31st July. Due to the current restrictions we knew there would be a limited menu but the choice was very limited we think there could have been another couple of options available. Staff were very helpful and we did feel safe and comfortable in the restaurant.
