The Hotel Chesa Rosatsch, in Celerina/St.Moritz in Engadin, offers its guests a choice between the gourmet restaurant, Stüvas Rosatsch, and the restaurant Uondas, opened in 2011. The exceptional gourmet restaurant, Stüvas Rosatsch, which has 14 Gaut Millau points, confidently produces Engadin specialties, and the finest creations from head chef, Michael Zelger. Alongside homemade pasta you will find delicacies on the menu, such as, cassoulet made from river trout with new potatoes and Alp-herb-mousse, stewed and baked bacon rinds with truffle-potato puree and grated fennel, or mango tortes with passion fruit sorbet and raspberry mousse. The sun terrace situated directly on the river bank is unique. This is where you can enjoy the delicacies with a heavenly panoramic view of the Upper Engadine mountains. Children are able to amuse themselves in the small play area next to the terrace.

    Wir waren schon öfter hier essen, leider war es an diesem Sonntag Abend nicht so gelungen. Obwohl reserviert, war der Tisch nicht parat, er wurde an jemand Anderen vergeben. Also mussten wir warten, bis zwei neue Tische eingedeckt wurden. Nach der Bestellung mussten wir über eine Stunde warten, bis der erste Gang serviert wurde. Auch den Wein mussten wir selbst eingiessen, das Personal war an diesem Abend nicht auf der Höhe, der Sommelier hatte frei. Der Hauptgang war sehr gut, Vorspeisen und Dessert nichts Besonderes. Auch das - zum Voraus bestellte - vegetarische Menu war nicht sehr ideenreich, eventuell hatte der Koch auch frei? Schade, denn ausgerechnet an diesem Abend hatten wir Freunde eingeladen.

    Das Fleisch war recht zäch und den Preis nicht wirklich wert.Die Burger waren letztes Jahr auch besser.
    Statt ein Tomaten Morzarella Salat wurde uns ein Flammkuchen serviert.
    Es war letzten Sommer um einiges besser.
    Werde es aber wieder versuchen.

    It was the third time we went to this restaurant (yearly), and this time we found it poor in comparison with the price you pay... no wine advice, the service wasn't very reactive respectively attentive and not last but least there was no chocolate or biscuit with the coffee at the end of the diner. All this is sad because our first time there (in 2016) was excellent. The food experience was not as so good as in the past, but remain good.

    Very nice restaurant, a little outside of St. Moritz, in Celerina. Part of a hotel. Cosy atmosphere and very friendly staff. Excellent wine selection (even the by the glass selection was great) and good food. Only a handful of dishes but these are all made with fresh products and are of very good quality. Worth the money. We had the fish soup as a starter, which was very good. The zander as a starter was good but a bit too small of a portion (woulnd't order again). As a main course we had the chateaubriand, which was delicious (meat to the point and also sides great!). Only minus was that it got a bit cold too quickly, they should have kept it on a hot stone or served not all at once.

    Der Saibling war originell zubereitet und hat sehr gut geschmeckt.
    Unpassend schienen uns gewisse Elemente der Einrichtung und des Inventars, zb Vorhänge (!), Geschirr, Besteck
