My brother and I took our Mother here for Mother's Day lunch. When I made the booking for three people we were given the choice of accepting the Mum Goes For Free offer. When we arrived, after ten minutes, I had to stand up and ask the maître to take our drinks order. We proceeded to the buffet for three courses. The selection / food was amazing, but unfortunately when we went up for dessert they cleared all our drinks?!? After tracking down the maître again we were given a bottle of still water but no new soft drinks. When we went to pay we were presented with the bill and a free bottle of wine voucher for the next visit. After seeing the total, realising and flagging we had been charged for "Mum", we were told the offer on the website was: "three PAYING guests gets the Mum Goes For Free". If the site knew there weren't four of us attending why did it present us with the offer!?!? Also the waiter removed the bill and the free bottle of wine voucher from the table. I only realised on the way home. 1) I wanted the receipt to check I hadn’t been charged for the extra water and 2) I now do not care about the free bottle of wine voucher as I have no intention of going back. Such as shame as this place has so much potential but it has let us down on two previous occasions - three strikes and you are out!

This being my 3rd Afternoon Tea at Chelsea Harbour Hotel & we all loved the birthday treat. The location is second to none, staff very attentive. Yes we will all be coming back, I would recommend Chelsea Riverside Brasserie as the best afternoon tea in town !

They had amazing terrace towards harbour, however, the food wasn't as nice as expected and it took really long for them to bring the next courses.

Great location. Food was disappointing - not what I would expect in this level of hotel. I would have been happier to pay more and get better quality.

Chose this hotel and restaurant as so close to Royal Brompton to wait between appointments, rather than hospital. So pleased I did. The bar area was light airy and very comfortable. Fab coffee and tea, overlooking the marina, whilst reading newspapers. Lunch followed in the brasserie. Mum had risotto, and I had harissa chicken, both lovely. Staff attentive without being overbearing, slso very knowledgeable as Mum is Coeliac. Highly recommended.

The food was great but the service was terrible. We didn't receive any attention from the staff once the food was rolled out. We ordered proseccos that never arrived and were not given any water. The wait staff were invisible. This made it difficult to get anything we needed.
