Very nice restaurant. The bar area has louder music than the seating area, which I nice, but can be hard to hold a conversation. Great decor and atmosphere. Food was delicious!! The service was a bit hit and miss. Great reception and arrival experience. But didnt have a great experience trying to refill our drinks. Also although there was a good range of alcohol free beer, other alcohol free options weren't great. No diet drinks?

Relaxed atmosphere, lovely food and wine. Seats are extremely soft you sink into them!

Wonderful front of house team - welcoming and friendly. Sadly very much let down by a very expensive tasteless meal.

I dined here with 3 of my friends on Friday, It was very disappointing. I dined a lot in the old Charlotte's next to the Grange and the food was always superb. The food at the new Charlotte's W5 was awful. 2 friends ordered the goats cheese vegan option, the portion size was that of a starter and very salty. I ordered a rump steak medium, it came well done, again the chips came as if it was counted to 15 each. One friend ordered sea bream it was very salty again the quality was very disappointing.

We booked taking advantage of the early diner offer seated at 7pm, their rule was we had to free our table by 8.45, fine, but as most other diners had left, we were welcomed to stay on. Very friendly and attentive staff. All our party of 4 enjoyed the meal from the 3 course set menu and good value. Most welcome generous portion of Sipsmiths gin for my G&T starter!

We had a great time lots of attention and super food. Maybe because it was before 6.00pm so a quiet time. Made to feel special.
