Excellent. Very attentive waitress. Lovely ambience. Food was delicious and well presented. Feather blade of beef was lovely, and loved the chips.

We booked a table reservation to sit outside and when we arrived we were told that no reservations are taken for tables outside. Fortunately, there was a table that was due to leave so we got a table outside. During the wait for the table we were not offered any drinks and when we were eventually sat at the table, it took a further 10 mins to get a drink then 15 mins later our food order was taken. Overall the service was slow and disappointing

Our group of four greatly enjoyed the Wine Wednesday event. Very good selection on menu and wines also very good - off main wine list. Starters: 2 had the page, 1 the frosting and myself, the BBQ chicken bites with great veg coleslaw. Mains chosen ere 2 salmon and 2 cod. The salmon with salad and new pots went down a treat. However the paprika sauce with he did was a little too spicy and the lovely piece of cod was overshadowed by it - a personal observation. Portions were generous, service by Michelle efficient and friendly. We had such a good time that we indulged in more wine and lingered. A very nice venue with good food in comfortable and attractive surroundings. We will be back to experience other menus.

Got seated straight away and loved the booth and lighting. Staff were lovely and attentive....I started with the Haddock Croquettes, absolutely gorgeous and had the burger, which was the best one I’ve had in a restaurant, my friend had the soup and then steak, it was her first visit and she was really impressed and loved the food ... Can recommend the prosecco too !

I love this restaurant. The cooking style suits me down to the ground and I love the cocktails. My only gripe...the menu isn't huge and doesn't change very often.
