Nestled amidst the slopes of the Quantock Hills, The Castle of Comfort is a 16th-century country house hotel and restaurant situated in the rural village of Dodington. Formerly a coaching inn and a reputed haven for pirates, the hotel has a traditional period charm evident in its rustic cosy restaurant. Food draws on local ingredients to produce a hearty British menu featuring dishes such as breast of pheasant with mushrooms and Drambuie and grilled fillet of brill with a white wine, prawn and dillweed sauce.
