I book to take two friends for Christmas as I did a google search for meal deals and the Cast iron come up it was something that I thought I could afford. Two days before I rang as I couldn’t remember the time lady on the phone was lovely but she asked me to wait a second and then told me that they don’t do the meal deals I was gutted as I told my friends we’re we were going and feel like I couldn’t cancel. Then we went on the Saturday before the theatre at 12 noon the place was empty we ordered the chicken burger and fries £13 my friend so disappointed and wanted to go for a burger when we left only chicken in half the bun when it was cut in half, I had the Thai green curry with fragrant rice and it was just boiled rice and not much taste to the curry £13 my other friend had the beef burger with fries £14 she enjoyed what she had but did say she didn’t feel full and when she come out the theatre two hours later did say she was hungry £41 plus drink and it was very disappointing I had high hopes and was really looking forward to our visit.. Cast Iron you shouldn’t let people book for one thing and then say you can’t honour it very disappointing. Would I recommend you yes as I know you do different types of menus and it wouldn’t be fair to judge I can only talk about my experience

From the moment we arrived the waitress wished happy birthday to Ellena who was celebrating her 21st Birthday. Offering a complimentary cocktail for the birthday girl! Service was first class and nothing was too much trouble.
