Great atmosphere but food was poor quality with little flavour to the dishes we ordered. Aubergine dish was over cooked as the prices were hard coupled with it being cold, was not nice. Mushroom dish was ok Fajitas were again not hot or flavoursome. Cocktail was the best dish second to the avocado dip with chips

Food was overpriced and not always very tasty. The enchiladas were bland, small and incredibly overpriced. Guacamole was lovely but for 11 pounds it should be. The venue is lovely but the food really lets it down.

Some of the dishes are good, particularly the guacamole which has variety and is good fun. For me, the tacos we had were really tasteless and it was disappointing. I'd say that Wahaca, which is far cheaper, has better tacos. It's a nice restaurant but it cost us £100 (without alcohol) and you can get a much better meal for half that price in London.

We have had a great time with the family at Laredo! Friendly staff, good choice of drinks and fresh food! We will definitely be back!

This was booked as a pre theatre dinner and I’m pleased that I did. Although we were a little late for our reservation, I’d taken the precaution of advising the restaurant, that this might be the case due to train delays and we were ushered to our table without promptly and without fuss. The meals themselves we’re excellent. The chicken and mushroom quesadillas for starters were appetising and the sea bass ceviche and tacos de rib eye were delicious. It’s a busy bustling place on a Saturday and this probably accounted for the slightly slow service between the sweets, (churros and brownies, which were fabulous) and coffees, however the young waiter preempted my concern at the delay and gave us the coffees with the restaurant’s compliments. Some observations: the starters and main courses left us wanting more, whereas the sweets were probably more than was necessary, but it didn’t prevent us eating the lot! The tables were too close together and unless you whispered, it would unavoidable not to hear the people next you and vice versa. Fortunately we struck up a conversation with the couple at the adjacent table and it wasn’t a problem. Finally, a service charge of 12.5% did seem a bit steep. Having said all of that, we hadn’t dined here before and would certainly return.
